  Took 2 brushed silver rings in to be sized. When I picked them up they had been polished smooth. Told the person they were not correct and she said they would repair them and have them ready in a couple of days. Frustrating but I guess things happen (though you'd think a jeweler would notice details like that). Anyway, what really got to me was another employee (the one whom I dropped them off with originally) called and told me I was incorrect, that the rings were not the same and that one was polished and the other was textured. I bought these custom, as a set. I couldn't believe I was called and told I did not know what my rings looked like. And to top it all off, I was still charged full price when I picked them up. I was just looking at my rings today and I see that the bands are uneven in thickness and not very consistently brushed (there are some areas of shine still.) I do not recommend this place for even simple repairs.
