  Worst customer service ever!!! Ive been to this store a year ago and had the best experience with the staff but today it was the worst. New staff same managers! That stand around and do nothing. I walked out in tears for how i was treated at this store. Unacceptable! I really wish i could get a hold of a district manager ASAP! Do yourself a favor and go to a different T-Mobile store. They are not friendly here! Especially "JU" he was the worst agent and lacked customer service skills.

  Nice, less crowded T-Mobile location. Usual selection of brands and services. Check the fine print though... we were sold on an offer that the rebate had expired on. Make sure you're getting what you paid for.
